Program Description
Cloud IX Luxury may offer more than one text messaging program.
Customer Care and Transaction Messaging may include communications regarding inquiries, sourcing requests, purchases, sales, trades, consignments, orders, shipping, delivery, and customer service.
Marketing Messaging may include recurring communications regarding new inventory, sourcing opportunities, Cloud IX Reserve updates, private-client updates, insights, and promotional messages.
Customers may consent to one or both messaging programs. Consent to customer-care or transaction-related messaging does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing messages.
Consent
Participation in any Cloud IX Luxury text messaging program is voluntary. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Cloud IX Luxury and the messaging program or programs you have chosen to join.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opt Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will no longer receive messages from the applicable messaging program unless you opt in again.
