To ensure your complete confidence and long-term satisfaction with your investment, we provide a comprehensive, limited mechanical and structural warranty on eligible items purchased directly from us.
What This Warranty Covers
For luxury timepieces, this warranty covers internal mechanical defects and workmanship issues under normal use and conditions for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. For luxury handbags and select accessories, this warranty covers structural defects in materials and craftsmanship, such as hardware failure or stitching separation, under normal wear and conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty is strictly designed to protect against inherent defects and does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, neglect, abuse, or misuse, including drops, heavy impacts, scratches, or excessive force.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, inadequate storage, or lack of proper maintenance.
- Normal wear and tear accrued over time, such as superficial surface scratches, minor scuffs, leather creasing, or natural fading of the finish.
- Water infiltration or pressure damage if a timepiece was worn or maintained outside of the manufacturer's strict water-resistance guidelines.
- Damage or structural issues resulting from unauthorized repairs, structural modifications, third-party component additions, or servicing performed by any party outside of Cloud IX Luxury's approved service network.
- Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, loss of market value, or personal inconvenience.
- Watch batteries or quartz movements cells, unless the battery failure is directly tied to an underlying manufacturing or mechanical defect.
How to Initiate Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty evaluation, please reach out to our team directly via phone or email. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking number along with precise instructions on how to safely ship your asset to our authorized service facility using our secure, fully insured transit infrastructure.
Our Responsibility
Upon receiving the item, our master watchmakers or luxury specialists will conduct a thorough diagnostic assessment. In the event of a valid warranty claim, Cloud IX Luxury will, at its sole discretion, repair the mechanical or structural defect, or replace the item with an identical or highly comparable model. Cloud IX Luxury will cover the full cost of secure, fully insured return shipping back to your designated domestic address once the service is complete.
Important Terms and Limitations
- This limited warranty is entirely non-transferable and applies strictly to the original purchaser of the item from Cloud IX Luxury.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as your original digital invoice or sales receipt) is strictly required to validate all warranty claims.
- Cloud IX Luxury reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, or update the specific terms of this product warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
